The residential block Timianhaven consists of 44 houses: 35 two-storey and 9 one-storey buildings. The houses are divided into eight blocks, and the total living area of the project is 3,710 m².
This is a CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) project, emphasizing sustainable construction and modern timber architecture.
