This project consists of two residential buildings. The building “Steget” is located in Tyresö Centre and contains 73 flexible apartments with movable walls, allowing residents to transform their apartments from 1 to 2 rooms, or from 2 to 3 or 4 rooms. The building “Grönskan” consists of 38 apartments. The project was constructed in accordance with the Silver level of the Swedish Green Building Council’s classification system.
