Staven 3

Staven 3 is a residential building located in Sweden. As part of the project, Skonto Prefab was responsible for the design of reinforced concrete and steel load-bearing structures, as well as the production and delivery of prefabricated elements. The company also handled the installation of the building’s first two floors—including parking, technical, and public areas—as well as the stability cores (elevator and stair shafts) up to a height of five storeys.
