Botanikern

Project “Botanikern” is a functional residential building with nine storeys. The two lowest floors are constructed from prefabricated concrete elements, while the upper floors are made of cross-laminated timber (CLT) elements. The building includes 133 apartments, each with a private balcony or terrace. The ground floor features parking and a multi-functional space. The building has large windows, and the façade will be made of wood. Total building area: 13,400 m².
