Structural frames

For over 20 years, Skonto Prefab has provided a Design & Build services under ABT 06 and NS 8067 for structural frames in Sweden and Norway. We believe this method is the most efficient way of contracting, as it reduces total project costs and enhances collaboration, ultimately leading to optimized project outcomes.

Design & Technical Solutions

With a dedicated team of more than 30 qualified engineers, we specialize in creating efficient and robust concrete, steel and wood frame structures. Our expertise also allows us to combine these elements and develop complex hybrid structures tailored to meet diverse project requirements.

Assembly services

We have multiple assembly teams in total of more than 75 qualified workers who specialize in assembling concrete, steel, CLT and glulam structures. Our skilled staff guarantee that projects are completed with precision and efficiency, minimizing disruptions and improving overall project delivery. We collaborate closely with other project subcontractors, increasing overall efficiency and accelerating both site planning and construction timelines.

Production facilities

– 8 000 m2/month wall production

– 12 000 m2/month HCS production

– 6 000 m2/month filigree slab production

– 380 pcs/month columns, beams, stairs and other products
