PRESTRESSED BEAMS

Prestressed beams are manufactured in various sizes and cross-sections:

I-beams: rectangular cross-section beams are mainly applied to roofs or inter-floor coverings as precast monolith structure with average span length up to 12 m. Beams usually have prestressed reinforcement wires or common reinforcement bars.

I-beam load carrying capacity on span

T-beams and L-beams: overhead T-beams or L-beams are regular covering beams. They reduce constructive height of slab.
